The Process

After you get in touch, I will then contact you to arrange an informal, complimentary visit. This allows you to both meet me in person and more easily explain what help and support you require. I will ask you to read and complete an online or paper version of my terms and conditions, risk assessment and contact details.

You will also have the opportunity to ask me anything further.

Following this, we can then mutually agree on a start date and time. I always aim to work collaboratively with you, and will take the time to listen and hear any concerns you may have.

I fully appreciated how difficult it can be to allow a stranger into your home, let alone being privy to your personal belongings. It will take time to build that trust and If necessary, the first few sessions can be just that.

My sessions are tailored to your needs and requirements at the time, and I always try to reuse storage and any items, where appropriate, minimising landfill.

In addition, my cleaning products are from Purdy and Figg, environmentally friendly, and smell great too.

I charge by the hour and have a minimum of 3 hours, however, I am happy to negotiate this, to help fit it in with your lifestyle. I also offer a reduction on full day decluttering.

You will have the opportunity to decide whether you wish to be fully involved in the decluttering process, partially involved, or not at all. I can leave any items you are unsure about, to one side, to allow you to make decisions about these for yourself.

Following a declutter, I will remove any unwanted items and either take them to charity or to the local recycling bins.

I am fully insured, and available Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm.

Fees Travel Parking

Initial visit is free

£40 per hour

£280 per day

I ask that I be reimbursed for any parking charges, for which, receipts will be obtained.
